Is this a subscription?
Yes, it's an annual membership that will auto renew each year, unless you cancel it.

When will my Membership Pack ship?
As the first packs will also include an exclusive Founding Member item, we will need to confirm numbers following the closing date of 31st March. We are aiming to ship Membership Packs no later than 1st May 2026.

Are numbers limited?
No. Everyone is welcome to join the family and enjoy the benefits. We're all about keeping things accessible, which is why we've created the different membership levels, so hopefully there's an option for everyone. However, doors are now closed and will re-open for a short window later in the year.

Can I buy this as a gift?
Yes! You can choose the name you want to appear on the membership and you can choose the date you want the membership to start (within the next 30 days).

I want to buy a membership for my family but how do we share 1 Membership Pack?
No need! Inside your account you'll be able to purchase additional Membership Packs, Patch/Pin Cards, Stickers and Lanyards. These can be accessed through the 'My Account' area in the 'Member Only Products' category and will automatically contain the same badges as the one in your main Membership Pack. These will only be available to see and buy once your membership subscription is complete.

Will there be another opportunity to join?
Yes. We will open the doors to the membership several times each year but only for a short period.

When will my digital benefits start?
Digital benefits will start from the 'Membership Start Date' you enter when purchasing. Membership Packs will be dispatched as above.

Can I buy another Membership Pack or badge?
No. The only way to get your hands on the exclusive membership badges and Membership Pack is by purchasing a membership.
