How does pre-ordering work?
Pre-ordering works exactly like placing any normal order with us. However, please note we'll hold your entire order until every item is ready to go. If you require an item on your order before the estimated dispatch date, which will be indicated on the checkout before placing your oder, please split your order before completeing the checkout. We are unable to split orders once the checkout process has completed.
