I don’t have my order number to hand. What can I do?
For either a refund or credit note, all returned badges must have an order number attached to them. Your order number will be on your confirmation e-mail or, if you checked out with your account, you can find all of your past orders on your account page under the ‘My Orders’ button. You can click on the order numbers to view their contents.
