Once you’ve created your return and we’ve received your badges back here in at Pawprint HQ, we’ll issue you a credit note, which you’ll receive via a code in an e-mail. It essentially works like a discount code or gift card would, which you can apply at check-out (‘Add a promotional code’ drop down menu underneath the payment options), but it’s attached to your account so only you can use it.

Should you lose the e-mail, your code(s) and any remaining value are safely stored under the “My Gift Vouchers” tab of your account page.
