My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
All of our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Their guidance for UK deliveries is to allow up to ten working days after the day of dispatch for orders to arrive. If your order still hasn't arrived by then, please get in touch using the contact form and we'll happily find a solution for you.
For international orders, the guidance is twenty-five working days for deliveries to Europe and thirty-two for the rest of the world. Please allow up until this time before geting in touch regarding your order.
If your order has been lost in transit by our delivery partner and we're not notified by you within sixty days of dispatch, we will not issue a refund or send a replacement order.
