Hi, I’m Charlotte – Jamie’s wife and co-founder of Pawprint Family. Pawprint came when I was a leader in Girlguiding but we’ve come a long way since then. I’m absolutely obsessed with providing amazing opportunities young people and building a business to support that. I’ve been very fortunate throughout my life to have the support of my family, but I know that every young person is not as lucky. So, I’m on a mission to make Pawprint Family a household name, creating everyday adventures, irrespective of where you are or the background you come from!
At Pawprint I used to do all the badge design, create all the activity ideas and run all the socials but nowadays you’ll mostly find me tea in hand, mid-discussion about our latest challenge badge, coming up with a new product or getting carried away with my next crazy idea! I also work with all our partners and find new licenses, businesses or charities to work with to further our mission of #AdventureForAll.

Hey I'm Jamie! Charlotte's husband and co-founder of Pawprint Family. I met Charlotte on the way to the World Scout Jamboree in Japan and we've never really looked back! Our journeys led us to each other and so many of our closest friends have all been part of the movements we were so lucky to be involved in as young people and as adults. We knew even after only knowing each other for 6 months that we wanted to make this corner of the world a better place, so we started Pawprint with the sole mission to save leaders time and to help support as many young people as possible through the badges, resources, Pawprint Trust and so many other ways. It's incredible to believe where we have come from and I can't wait to see where this little adventure of ours takes us next!
Of course, every adventure needs it's plan! With a spreadsheet at the ready i'm usually the one to keep the amazing creative minds of Pawprint in check. We have so many ideas we can't do them all at once!

Alfie
Hi, I'm Alfie. Sometimes my people call me Alfred, or Alfonso, or Alfredo. I don't mind, they give me ham :D.
I am extremely conscious about my role in the office. It is so important to give some love to everyone. Everyone gets a snug in the morning, then it's nap time. I chase so many squirrels in my dreams; sometimes I catch them too and scare myself awake. No one notices though so it's okay. By lunchtime i'm just about ready for cuddles part 2, a nice relaxing sprint at a 1000 miles an hour, sometimes in circles (everybody loves this), and a walk up the lane to the village. Nap time again; more squirrels. Royal Mail postie arrives to collect all these pink parcel things (I don't know where they keep them all - their houses must be huge!); sometimes I let them know I'm here, sometimes I'm not bothered (best to keep them on their toes). Pats in the afternoon and off to collect the family from these places with lots of children. My people can be noisy sometimes but I love them the most.
Outside of work I like to chase the cat that lives two doors down (not got him yet - i'm giving him a chance), nap, go for long walks, nap, sniff the kitchen, nap and play with my squeaky toys.

Designer
Hello! I’m Alice and I work on your custom badges, as well as lots of our licenced ranges and even the occasional Badgevent Calendar design. From new illustrations to digitising children’s drawings and adapting well-known characters, I also choose the thread colours, design the backing cards, and review the samples to make sure they’re up to scratch. From time to time, I get stuck in with the packing and I love sending our badges out to happy customers too.
Outside of work, I’m an active member of Girlguiding Staffordshire …and occasionally put my Scout shirt on too. I discovered Pawprint Family when I moved to Salford Uni in the middle of the pandemic, and the Student Scout and Guide Organisation (SSAGO) were completing the Time Traveller Adventures badge together online. One thing led to another, and I found the best job ever when I joined the Pawprint team in 2023.

Sales Account Manager
Hi, I’m Matt – my favourite patch is our AWESOME Aardman Feathers McGraw (as it glows in the dark!) and my favourite pin badge range to wear is Sesame St – so retro and cool! I manage the wholesale side of the business which basically means I get to meet with, and sometimes visit fun and interesting businesses who want to join the Pawprint Family patch and pin trend. The best part of my job is selling a product which resonates with people of all ages, from young children with Peter Rabbit and The Gruffalo to old-school adults who have always loved Care Bears and Moomin. An interesting fact about me is that my not so hidden talent is always being able to guess who will win a game show after watching one episode. Ooh, also being able to process quick math without a calculator or pen... sometimes I use a pencil.

Hi! I'm Kit and I'm Pawprint Family's business and customer support administrator. If you need to get in touch with us, it'll probably be me on the other end of the line! But, as well as answering all your mails, I prepare and pack your orders, manage our incoming and outgoing deliveries, do any other little bits and bobs to keep things running smoothly and, of course, make plenty of tea to keep Charlotte fuelled.
Outside of work I'm a member of Lichfield's local concert band, where I play the bass clarinet, and I like cats, bassoons, and collecting fifty pence pieces.

Designer
Hi! I’m Hannah and I work on all of the monthly content here at Pawprint Family. From designing badges and writing activities for our challenge packs, to creating social media content and resources, I love how creative I can be on a daily basis! I also collaborate with a number of exciting brands to develop wholesale ranges and new adventures for you to enjoy.
Since graduating from Staffordshire University in 2020 with a degree in Illustration, I have been lucky enough to turn my love for designing into a full-time career. I have always had a passion for children’s illustration and having also worked with kids of all ages in both a learning and play environment, this job opportunity was just a dream come true!
When I’m not in the office, I’m probably in the theatre watching a musical or rehearsing for an upcoming production of one that I’m in myself!
Favourite Job: Starting a new badge design and seeing the idea come to life!
Hidden Talent: The ability to recite whole episodes of Gavin and Stacey (I’ve seen it a few too many times)!
