About Us

Pawprint Family is a growing creative business on a mission to bring adventures, stories and meaningful experiences to young people and the adults who support them. From challenge badges to milestone badges for babies and a growing lifestyle patch range, we create high-quality products that inspire learning, connection and joy.
We’re a small, friendly team where ideas matter and you can genuinely see the impact of your work. We’re now ready to welcome an experienced Marketing & Social Media Manager who’s excited to help scale our brands, grow our audience, build a community and drive real commercial results.

The Role

This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who’s both a planner and a do-er. You’ll take ownership of our social channels, email campaigns, and multi-brand marketing activity — and you’ll be rolling up your sleeves to create the content too.
It’s ideal for someone who:
  • Has solid experience and wants more creative ownership
  • Loves both strategy and execution
  • Thrives in a small, collaborative team
  • Wants to make a visible impact rather than get lost in a big department
  • Values our genuine 4-day working week
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies for multiple Pawprint Family brands
  • Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn
  • Identify audience and revenue growth opportunities
  • Plan email marketing campaigns and automated sequences
Content Creation & Management
  • Create high-quality content across reels, stories, carousels, TikToks, Facebook posts and blog articles
  • Produce engaging email campaigns and newsletters
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement with warmth and consistency
  • Design graphics and assets that align with each brand’s tone and visual identity
  • Capture or brief photography and video, contributing creative direction for shoots
  • Working with paid ads across Meta & Google platforms
Brand Growth & Analytics
  • Track performance across social media, email and campaigns
  • Report on KPIs and use insights to refine strategy
  • Grow our audiences through lead magnets, audience-building campaigns, and partnerships
  • Support website conversions and wholesale engagement through strategic content
Campaigns & Launches
  • Plan and execute product launches across retail, wholesale and licensed lines
  • Manage seasonal campaigns including Badgevent and new product drops
  • Coordinate cross-channel marketing that blends storytelling with commercial goals
  • Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure messaging is on-brand and approved where necessary

About You

You’ll thrive with us if you’re:
  • A confident marketer with 2–4+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proactive, organised and happy to lead projects end-to-end
  • Strong across social strategy, content creation and campaign planning
  • Comfortable working hands-on with design and video creation, organic social and paid ads
  • Data-aware and able to turn insights into practical next steps
  • Someone who enjoys juggling multiple brands and priorities
Bonus points for:
  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign)
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut and similar tools
  • Working knowledge of product-based e-commerce
  • Familiarity with the education, parenting, crafting or youth activity sectors

What We Offer

  • A genuine 4-day working week with no salary reduction
  • A role with autonomy, influence and room to grow an in-house team
  • Supportive, friendly team culture
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Staff discount and early access to new ranges
