I didn’t receive any loyalty stickers in my order?

With the launch of our new website in February 2025, we’ve moved from loyalty stickers to all-digital loyalty points! As well as being more eco-friendly, going digital has made our loyalty scheme quicker and easier to use, and even more rewarding! Rather than just having a range of freebies to pick from, your new points can be spent freely, sitewide, across all our products.

If you had an order with us between mid-February and early-March 2025, there was a cross-over period where we still had ‘old’ orders with the ‘new’ loyalty scheme. This means you might not have received either stickers or points. Please don’t worry though! We have record of your order number and, should you have an account with us, we’re working hard to credit everyone’s order with their missing points as soon as we can.
