I’ve ordered lots of times from you in the past and I have an account, why don’t I have any loyalty points?

Prior to March 2025, our loyalty system was based around physical loyalty stickers that we included in your order. However, with the launch of our new website, we have moved onto an all-digital loyalty system! This means that only orders placed after March 2025 will accrue loyalty points. 

Please do be aware that we are unable to retroactively apply any missed loyalty points to your account, so please do make sure you're signed in when you make your order!
