I’ve ordered lots of times from you in the past and I have an account, why don’t I have any loyalty points in my account?

Prior to March 2025 we sent out physical loyalty stickers. These can be converted by us and manually added to your account. To do this, you’ll need to send us your physical loyalty card for us to add your points accordingly. We are not able to accept photos of your loyalty card.

We are unable to apply loyalty points retrospectively. If you have not saved your loyalty stickers from orders placed before March 2025 we are unable to add them to your digital account. The good news is though that your points will start clocking up every time you shop with us! 😊
