Where can I see my loyalty point balance?

If you log in and navigate to your My Account page, you should see a box with your loyalty point balance. It will also let you know how much your points are worth! If you click on this box, it will show you your loyalty point history.

Please note: if you haven’t placed an order with us since March 2025, when we changed over to the new website, your Loyalty Point balance will be zero. You will need to send us your Loyalty Card for us to manually credit your account with previously earned points and any future orders should be accrued automatically.
