Pawprint Trust Projects

Tirion Williams, Arden 2018

We had an amazing time, there were a few challenges like one of our leaders breaking her foot before we went (!), being away from home for a week, a major hail storm and how to fit in so much fun.

We had the best programme with a challenge daym water activities day, a lazy day, crazy day and adventure day.

Our favourite moments were making swaps with people from badges to neckers and even a t-shirt! The high board was so much fun we loved pushing each other off and dangling in the air!!!! And we loved having slushies in the pool.

We met some amazing people like Nat, who is touring the world through people she meets because she's in a wheel chair and can't, our fab hosts from Nuneaton and other Internationals. It was a proud moment to lower the Welsh flag at the closing ceremony.

When the rest of our unit heard all about camp they all wanted to go next year (But it's not on!) and they wished they'd come!

Thank you again for the grant that helped make this possible, we have made memories that will last for ever.

PS From meeting the girls from Singapore I have been invited to spend Thinking Day with them next year when I am over there for my parents 30th wedding anniversary!! How cool!? The event has about 5000 Brownies and Guides at it, sooo big!
