For younger groups cut the bamboo to length and pre-cut pieces of wood, teach them to use electric screwdrivers or hammer and nails for construction. With slightly older groups why not let them have a go using saws to cut their own materials or ‘bee’ more adventurous and let them design and make from scratch using a selection of materials.
