How do I enter?

To be in with a chance of finding a Golden Ticket the rules are simple...spend £40 or more in a single transaction between 1st December and 5th December to be automatically entered.

We'll choose 5 winners at random from the qualifying orders and each one will discover a Golden Ticket badge hidden amongst their merch! Following the giveaway, each of our 5 lucky winners will then receive their prize bundle worth over £500!

1. The Giveaway
1. Between 00:00, 1st December and 23:59, 5th December, any orders placed with a product value (excluding shipping and including VAT) of £40.00 or over will be automatically entered into the prize draw. The winning orders will be selected at random throughout this period and included in the order will be an exclusive Golden Ticket badge.
2. These terms and conditions apply to Golden Ticket giveaways that are hosted and/or promoted by Pawprint Trading Limited and/or Pawprint Family (“we/us/our”), a registered limited company (number 10700694) whose registered address is Unit 5, The Portal, Elmhurst Business Park, Lichfield, WS13 8EX. 2. Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Orders of £40.00 or over (excluding shipping and including VAT) are eligible.
2. Orders must be placed between 00:00, 1st December and 23:59, 5th December. All orders received outside these dates are automatically disqualified.
3. Any orders with an estimated dispatch date outside of the Golden Ticket Giveaway window will not be eligible for entry.
4. During this period there will be a maximum of 5 winning entries.
5. The prizes are a collection of products from Pawprint Family/our partners with a value of over £500.
6. The prizes are not negotiable or transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
7. Any orders which are eligible and then become ineligible due to a refund will be disqualified.
8. There is no limit to the number of entries you make.
9. Winning customers must contact Pawprint Family within 7 days of receiving their Golden Ticket. After this time, we hold no responsibility of providing the promoted prizes to you. Our decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
10. Events may occur that render the event itself or the awarding of prizes impossible/delayed due to reasons beyond the control of Pawprint Family. As such, Pawprint Family may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the competition and the terms thereof and the winners agree that, in such event, no liability shall attach itself to the business, provided that any substituted prize shall be of no lesser value.
11. We reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the event.
12. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of the same shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claims arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
3. Limitation of Liability
1. Insofar as is permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the giveaway except where it is caused by our negligence, or that of our agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4. General
1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the event or withdraw/cancel the prize.
2. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the event and/or these terms where it becomes necessary to do so. Any changes to the event and/or these terms will take effect seven days from the date that the amendments are made available on the Website.
3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
